Halloween neighborhood

i live in utah the average household has eight kids it's gonna be halloween central up here

Me I just wrote this, we went on trick or treating for my son who is three and barely anyone decorated their house there was only few kids who didn't wear customs trick or treating, rest were at home, ps we got shitty candy
