If all hallows eve is October 31. That makes November 1 Halloween?

Halloween means "Hollow's Eve". So no. Language continually mixes up sounds especially if the word is derived from other languages.

Whte we see now as so-called "Hallowe-en" is an American supermarket-created travesty of a mix of ancient English religious memorial custom called "All Hallows" (they being the spirits of the departed) plus a bit of Scots tradition.
