Halloween A Big Day for you as a kid?

Was Trick or Treat popular when you were a kid? I think it’s changed a lot since Covid as hardly anybody comes to my door. What was your favorite candy to get when you went trick or treating?

It wasn't a 'thing' in the UK when I was young. Only in the last thirty years or so.
