I suppose there are lots of conflicting mythologies about each.
But in the way that I envision the two, vampires exhibit more self-control and awareness than werewolves. (I have NOT read the Twilight books, and I am thinking about the older, traditional lore about these creatures.) I see vampires as tragic creatures trying to survive, whereas werewolves are crazed beasts who kill for no reason.
So I would be a vampire.
