I have been abused, I have been the abuser.
I’ve been controlled and have taken control over others.
People have put me in the hospital and I’ve put others there as well.
I’ve taught and learned. It’s been a full life.

@SW-User For me. ...being hurt made me never want to harm any innocent ....because I know how it feels.
