Are you able to take naps during the day?

Even when fully exhausted my body doesn't let me nap 😔 once I am up I am up for the whole day

I do, on those days when I've only had four hours sleep, or five hours. I get so exhausted I can't think, can't write, can't focus...and then I know I can sleep a little more.
