Very busy Friday

So I have physical therapy, regular therapy, I go see my heart doctor and I can see a kidney specialist today.

All before 1:00 p.m. but then we'll be able to come home and relax might even be a nap in my future and then we're going to sit outside have a fire wait for the kids to get home.

Tonight we're barbecuing hamburgers and we're going to watch the Royals and banana ball all evening.

We even got frozen chocolate-covered bananas for dessert tonight should be a very fun evening
