@pripyatamusementpark well I hope things get better for you. I myself have times when I feel overwhelmed.
I learned a coping mechanism, breathe deep and slowly while you count to 4, hold for 3 seconds and exhale the same amount of slowness as you inhaled.
I'm glad I learned it because it does help when I get anxiety really bad.

Pretty sure I am on my way out the door.
I had meatballs and pasta for dinner and was very satisfied. And some steamed vegetables.
