ya but the results are like molasses if you鈥檙e trying to get in shape and you don鈥檛 need to be near a pool or water to run. @Quizzical all you need are shoes no matter where you are.

3) hike, don't jog; and carry a sidearm. If someone tries to attack, it's much easier to hide a body in the woods... 馃
