How are you feeling about yourself this December compared to December 2023?

I'm not sure. I feel a bit untethered. My battery is dead again, and I guess I am very dependent on my car. One of my good friends is in the hospital having surgery and is not answering my texts, and another one of my friends just had some disturbing news after a medical procedure.

Funny, isn't it? How your world can be affected by a car and the health of your friends.

Omg materially better. Last December this time I was a bit depressed, eating fast food daily, and watching meaningless stuff! This December break I am in a much better place and surrounded by people.

Definitely better.
Ive left a toxic relationship.
Ive quit nicotine
Ive started exercising everyday.
Ive lost a little weight.

Id say im doing a lot better than i was last december

Much better. Had a bad accident last year with a trip to the er and head trauma.
Now, i know how to deal with inlaws. Just dont care and drink to mute their presence😅

I was more upbeat last year but I'm quite grounded this time. Not better. Lower, returned to the roots. Whilst I thought I was going to blossom 🌼 but I didn't. Tf with these now.

Every Christmas is usually the same but things were a bit more cheerier this year.

I don't remember how I felt about myself a year ago. My posts from the last year suggest that probably the same way.

My family and I are healthy. Can't complain about a thing

Last December was infinitely worse than this one.

It was ok. Not as bad than last year.
