Do You Shop On Black Friday?

@Gibbon Exactly! They jack the prices up, then act like they're offering such bargains when they lower them a bit.

@Monday40 The merchandisers do have their trick-up-their-sleeve agendas. And a lot of people fall for them.

@Monday40 The TVs are generally not the best quality even for a lower price you can do better if you shop around. If customers would research things better they would avoid these sales. Even the manager of the Walmart I worked at (on the first Thanksgiving that they made employees work at a pre-Black Friday sale was looking at the security cams and said “it’s crazy how many people come in the store and wait around. They can get just as good prices at other times later online.” It was nuts how many employees they had working and how many security people from the police & sheriff dept. etc. they were paying to watch the doors etc. And some of the people would come in and cuss the greeter out because the few sales papers the store had were already given away and they couldn’t get one. Customers were taking down dog beds and other things and putting them on the floor and sitting on them for over an hour before the sale started.
