I got a reminder on Facebook to wish my cousin a happy birthday.

I didn't bother. He died two months ago of massive heart failure.

@Matt85 Heart failure is in large part genetic. My grandfather and father and uncle and cousins all died of heart failure. They were all in very good physical shape. Hard workers.
