80 year old Mudflap

There is an old man who lives a few houses away that drives an old pickup truck. He hardly ever goes anywhere so it’s usually parked in his driveway. His truck has a loose mudflap which hangs too low and drags on the ground. So I nicknamed the guy “Mudflap”. And I’ve been calling him that for years.
Today he celebrates his birthday as he turns 80 years old.
