Birthday or birthweek ? Do you celebrate at all if you live alone ?

Discovered a trend called birthweek instead of one day of birthing. I live alone so don't really get any birthday celebrations. I left my ex the day before my birthday 4 yrs ago so that was sort of a 'celebration'.
