Yesterday July 2nd, Newark, Ohio and surrounding communities were firing off fireworks as I left Newark, Ohio to drive back to my farm nearly three hours away in Jackson County Ohio.

It is going to be a long and drawn-out celebratory Holiday week and weekend. It gives smaller communities the chance for firework displays and attendance.
