Can't handle news anymore
I used to be such a political and news junky and now I can't even watch it for five minutes without anxiety 🫤 Can I just live in a world with no events?

Previous to Trump's re-election we routinely had the news on TV. Now we almost never turn on any news except the local news -- it's too depressing and too scary. It's bad enough seeing what going on reported in the newspaper -- yes, we still get the local newspaper -- and on social media without watching 24-hour news on cable. :(
