@SW-User no, he really didn't. It was very early in the days of live meeting software. The cameras on our laptops defaulted to on, and people weren't aware. And that fact saved this idiot. He was fired for his indiscretion, obviously, but successfully sued on the grounds that his right to expected privacy had been violated. Now all live meeting type software requires the user to enable the camera first.
