Not really. While those are top destinations, places like Chicago, Washington, D.C., Houston, Seattle, Denver, Memphis (Elvis), Las Vegas, and New England are also heavily favoured. Similarly, Americans claim they are traveling to Europe and only come visit London, Paris, and Barcelona. It's really a reciprocal behaviour of tourist trap mentality.
