What kind of world would we have if America never entered to save Europe?

Too many variables to say, without the war we would not necessarily been the first to develop the nuclear option and the what ifs go on and on. Of course the US did not save Europe alone.

@Harmony OH yea, don't think they would have made it without the US. British barely hung on as it was.
