Yeah, and they need to do it fast. If Russia's nuclear missile program is anything like the US, there are numerous steps that need to be taken before they can launch a nuke, kind of like how your computer asks you if you're really really sure you want to format the hard drive. In the time it takes them to unlock the nukes, every NATO member can have cruise missiles in the air. Obliterate the Kremlin and eliminate the gremlin.
