I live in Europe.

It isn't like America. Or anywhere else. It is a place where there are so many languages and cultures just a short drive from each other. I live on a group of islands just to the north west of the mainland. We have four languages just on my island! Cornish, Welsh, English, Scots, Gaelic. Ok five!

Turns out there is no such thing as a place, that's just like some other places. All places are unique in their ways. And that includes Europe.
