I found it online. In general, I agree more than disagree with it.
Things I would change: - Spain and Portugal should join. - Bavaria and Austria should be together too. - Belgium should be split between France and the Netherlands. - Italy is too divided
Things I really like: - Ireland and UK together. - Ukraine split between Russia and Poland+Lithuania - Albania absorbed by the former Yugoslavia. - The partition of Germany - Istambul is Greek again 👍

this video is an animated development of the "southern victory" book series... an alternate history that changes one thing about the american civil wqar where a message isnt intercepted by the north and leads to the south winning the war and ficstional consequences up to a time bout the end of ww2... which happens in a diffent constellation etc
