@erika88 the past decades have been the quietest period in "Europe" in history. Perhaps the EU has helped.

@erika88 well, that is a good example of when the EU and USA, to say nothing of the world, lost their combined ability to react to a bully or bullies. I won't argue that point. The current administration in my country is even worse in excusing and accepting that activity.
