Are they extra terrestrial, interdimensional, or ultra terrestrial?

I believe there are credible reports of things observed but not recognised; but that does not imbue the sighting with any special quality and certainly gives no explanation.

I do not believe in spurious "extra-terrestrial" claims, which anyway assume credibly identifying the unidentifiable, especially when claimed by none of the observers.
