Stay away. They should block that part of the street off, definitely, before somebody loses their life. They're not too swift. I suppose they'll wait till God forbid, a child or ANY person for that matter, falls in a big hole or a car is swallowed whole. It's really in a bad area. I wouldn't want my house in that area.
