From what i have seen on news, the area is devastated. Fema is blocking supplies from reaching the people. Fema money meant for relief has been squandered on foreign countries.
@Patriot96 the country has been inundated with natural disasters. They spent their budget. I think, but not positive, that they added another 20 billion in the latest stopgap budget approval.
