I can't watch the video, but I've been seeing footage of people doing that and even still surfing...on local news storm coverage. The hurricane is still a ways away, but not for much longer. There has already been some flooding and power outages in my county.

@BlueVeins My county is under is under a hurricane and tornado watch/warning, but my home is not in a place that is inclined to flood.
