Anyone know what these -/+ things do?

I accidentally hit one and the car felt a bit off. It’s my mom’s car and she’ll have a fit if I did something 😅 Help 🤣

For something like that, turning off the vehicle likely resets it.

Use your owner's manual, if you find it of help (they are often very poorly arranged).
