are we still having food shortages or are we (in my location) experiencing shortages because of the hurricane?

theres hardly no produce at walmart or aldi or frozen foods. sure, there are other stores I could go to if i wanted a specific thing. it's just weird seeing all these shortages when we didn't have them. i haven't been to the store in a few weeks. what is going on
