The Picts did not wear kilts but I wonder about their real numbers and threats to the Romans.

However, Hadrian's Wall fell into disuse so was no barrier to the Border Reivers many centuries later!

(They were violent rustlers in Mediaeval, SE Scotland and NE England.)
