Why would anyone think that our industry doesn't have an affect on the climate? I mean of course it does.. Maybe I'm not getting the joke, but if some people in the comments here are for real, they should be in hospitals or something.. In fact, it should be crime to be this stupid.

@basilfawlty89 I can't believe that people this ignorant exist in this time, I mean it isn't difficult to find information about anything now, especially if you can understand English. I realize that misinformation is also more widely spread, but there a libraries, and Wikipedia isn't bad either. What the hell.. 😳

@SW-User Because they've seen some hot white meme made by some oil exec and shared by their 60+ aunt on FB which told them that the oil industry is the real victim here and that ≥50°C in Canada is totally normal
