In theory, yes. People can learn a lot from one another and I think there are great benefits to having a diversity of ideas to interact with. Global citizenship just makes real for us what the internet tends to simulate.
But I haven't really thought through many of the implications of global citizenship, like the possibility of mass migrations upending local economies or even more multi-national corporations going to exploit populations of cheap labor or pollute local ecosystems. Maybe it becomes easier for warlords to take over territories because people will flee at the first opportunity they get.
I can't definitely say whether I do or not, but my tentative answer is 'yes'
