They can always find money when necessary.
Cost might be as high as $500 million.
The previous one cost $387 million.

Good idea... Build the sucker now.. Before people get thirsty.. I have to admit the WA govt seems to have a handle on most things. (Sure. They could use more hospitals and doctors. But we all could.)😷

Not at the moment. What we do is plan for the future.
Have the facilities in place before the water is scarce.
