Well yes, once you remove the old sound track. If add a new track, the old sound track will still be there.
If you didn't remove the old sound track, you can override the old sound track by increasing the volume of the new sound track.
Problem with this the file will be much larger. Basically you have a redundant sound track.
You can have multiple sound tracks though.
