I think the stream behind my GFs apartment is going to flood with all this rain.

She’s not in danger, so no worries there. But this normally quiet little stream is at the bottom of a 10 foot concrete embankment that’s quite a bit wider than the little stream needs, and when I was there earlier the water was just a couple feet from the top. The park it runs through may very well be flooded soon. Thankfully it would have to fill the park to another ten feet deep before it would threaten my GFs apartment complex, but I can’t help but wonder if the houses upstream and downstream are as protected.
