No caffeine 8 hours before bed, not electronic screens 2 hours before bed, write a list of everything you are thinking about, so you mind can let go of them not think about them....

Get a white noise machine, or fan or running water, get comfortable, and preferably exercise earlier in the day to make your body tired.

If you're addicted to coffee then go to decaf coffee or one of these other substitutes
