I’m so confused…

Now that everything is online, and every business has a different system, I’m just lost. Am I being billed? For what? It doesn’t say. Then you call and they never return your call, or if someone answers they respond like you’re stupid and they don’t have time for your stupid ass.

I wish the internet would blow up.
