last time I saw one of those, someone tried the 'crazy killer clown with an axe' bit and the target person was armed. so I'm guessing the HawHaws got outweighted by the 'Ow, Ow, oh fuck's quckly.

i really don't want them jumping out and freaking out the babies this year. some of them are ACTUALLY psycho and trying to hurt people

@DancingStarGoddess Lol...we had one that was rumored to be lurking in the park. He was nicknamed "Fat Boy", but I think he got arrested at one point and gave it up.
