Can Anyone Tell Me About Flickr?

Is it the same as FB, or Instagram or something else? Anyone with details?

It was the go-to image sharing site at one time after photobucket, but probably more social than what they were and for artsier people. That is, until yahoo bought it. You are free to still go on there and upload photos, little videos, and interact with people. They have a limit on how much space you can use without paying, and it isn't very high for a modern site.

I hope tumblr is the last big site that yahoo destroys.
