No, I am not sure. Some examples are that when I'm wanting to cross the street the cars that go by are so perfectly spaced out and going at exactly the right speed that makes so it takes forever to cross. Another is that when I'm taking a walk, a car whose driveway I am crossing at the moment attached to the sidewalks always pulls in at the EXACT moment I'm crossing. I can understand that happening every once in a while, but it happens all the time.
