Why does the electricity at my evil step mum's house move slower than normal?

I have been forced to stop at my step mum's house for a few days because reasons and she doesn't like me because people say I'm, you know, naturally blessed, and she is an example of what happens when you go overboard with Botox and don't know how to apply makeup properly.

So I'm trying to stay of her radar and just stay in my room and I'm trying to charge up my phone but it's taking ages. I know this might sound paranoid but is there any chance she has sabotaged my electric supply because she is dead jelly?
