Used to happen quite often
When I was younger at school people did it to each other pretty much everyday. I always made sure to wear my nice knickers in case someone pantsed me.

Happened to me in school at recess but it was by 2 guys one grabbed my arms behind my back and held me while the other pulled my pants and underwear down and held me there for abit to humiliate me and ALOT of kids saw my penis n balls Sucked. Lookin back i laugh it off but at the time it was embarrassing and humiliating.
