Marz drinking water is good....are you talking mountain spring sparkling water or deep lake still water or.... do you mean tap water? Or maybe filtered water.
I think the other thing if you know you are going to be kissing someone is.... floss, well cleaning your teeth and flossing. I have to floss three times a day which for an english person is quite a lot. Also if we are talking about cleaning teeth, please can I say I think it's really important to brush your tongue. I do that.
You were talking to me about enchiladas last month but I wanted to know if they were home made or a bought ready meal?
