I only decide what time I want to wake up. It;s better that I not know the length of my sleep most days. I would only be left saddened.

When it's time for bed, I would log on to SW. Read people's posts till I fall asleep 😁

As I go to sleep I count the hours to what time I should wake up.

I do that too. I get ticked if it's not enough.
