I am sooo ready for school to start. I feel like dropping my daughter off tonight!!

My husband and I both work. Our Nanny Home schools him, yep even in the summer...and then she'll take him to a friends house or to a movie, or he will just hang out at home. He has plenty to keep himself entertained

Sexist question - lol what about fathers

@Ipleadthe5th I was joking being a mother is the hardest job in the world

@nedkelly beer and pretzels are not adequate parenting . 😉
@nedkelly I know there are lots of guys out there that do it, God bless them. It is a hard job but really rewarding

I used to love it when school was out for summer. Days out, picnics in the parks... before you know it, they will be left home. Happy days, happy memories. Mind you, I do like the peace and quiet nowadays.. 😜

My mom never seemed motivated for our summers. It's different now that she's a grandma though.

I didn't entertain mine. I did make sure they had plenty of activities to keep them out of trouble.
