@SW-User Right now she's rebuilding her eyewall. If she gets her wall rebuilt she will increase in size and go back up to a cat 5 before she hit's Homestead. If she doesn't get it rebuilt before making landfall, it will be a big lucky break for everyone, even though it's still a tragedy as a cat 4 or 3. Conditions in the gulf are going to knock the wind out of her pretty quickly and we can be grateful for that. Hopefully Katia won't be able to 'feed' her. That would be a bad turn of events.

@Peaches No they are not man made or man caused. They are hurricanes and there have been hurricanes since before man walked the earth. There is nothing to get alarmed about unless you are in the path of one.
