ive not smoked since 2020. The process described is how gasoline can be an agricultural commodity. The demonization of which caused ww2. Hitler (the axis powers) blamed the jews. Maybe it was?, at least a little.
Definitely, it was capitalist greed. And the economic fallout of the Marihuana Tax Act of 1937. Purposely mispelled to delay its repeal. Anyway Maximum age for political office might be a feasible solution; tied to retirement age (# of years/terms over 65). But upon being kicked out of office ("forced" to retire) all their "crimes" (actions) should be revealed;! So unlikely; at best.
Or simply lower the statute of limitation (and freedom of information disclosure period to 8 years, age 73?) or two elected terms over retirement age.

Place high thc content buds in newspaper over a barrel pour ethanol over the buds extracting thc as an oil. Leave exposed it evaporates to become heavy petroleum (fossil fuel) with minimal refining it is diesel fuel and/or gasoline.
Allowing 10 to 15% ethanol to remain it’s gasoline e85
