I was expecting an Amazon delivery today, I got a notice saying the courier attempted delivery but couldn't do so. I called Amazon customer service

because they now started using their own delivery in this area called Amazon Logistics, like they have in larger cities, they apparently don't use the USPS or FedEx/UPS anymore. So long story short, I told the Amazon CSR that nobody attempted a delivery because nobody buzzed my intercom because I live in a secure building where we have to buzz people in. When the CSR called the Amazon Logistics courier, the courier admitted he couldn't find my address and just tagged it as an attempted delivery, he didn't even try. The CSR then ordered the courier to deliver my package and to buzz my intercom, then he made a fuss that he wanted me to meet him at the main entrance that he didn't want to come up the elevator to my apartment. He was doing this while I was still on the phone with the Amazon CSR. He did come to my apartment after I very angrily said some cuss words on the phone with the CSR, it turned out the courier was a male kid about 20 that gave me attitude, I let the CSR know that and she said she was notating it to send to his direct manager.

What I was expecting...

We must live in the same building. lol We had the same issues with Amazon. What helped was the owner of the building installed a new intercom and when they push our call button under our name it goes directly to our personal phones so we can buzz them in from anywhere. So far we havent had any more issues.
@Blondily I would LOVE that system, I'll suggest it to our manager ❤
