You had one job...a continuation of the apartment "maintenance" staff
So we have reported a leak in the bathroom ceiling. Obviously is not something we're doing. They have "fixed" it twice and each time the stop gap is to staple a piece of plastic (which only catches the water an allows it to mold).
The last time there was a note in the door where the person proudly announces they fixed the hole in the ceiling and bleached around the mold that formed.
Soooo....I go in the bathroom and see broken drywall and the tub and floor where it wasn't cleaned up. A patch that wasn't the same height as the surface around it. But probably the best part was they pulled down part of the plastic - but never removed it... and left the other staples in the ceiling...
