@Ontheroad Yes, reactions are very important. And I agree you can change those.
Though it鈥檚 always best to keep a line of communication open.
But sometimes that will not happen and you move on. You cannot at work though.
Only once at work did I meet this.
Restorative justice sometimes works. And it did in this case.
